Our recruits are subject to an all-encompassing training course prior to being assigned to the client. There are several categories in which the training process entails.
Induction and Orientation
Internal Training.
External Training.
On Job Training.
A pre and post evaluation is conducted to gauge the effectiveness of the training and an analysis of how it can be improved is crafted specifically for each client depending on the nature of their business and their specific expectations of the foreign workers.
We guarantee regular audits are carried out to ensure operational practices are adhered to and workplace policies are observed. Our audits are carried out at the respective jobsites. Audit Categories are :-

Daily Inspection.
Weekly Quality Audit.
Monthly Overall Audit.
Cross Audit
Preventive and corrective measures are taken as a result of the audit results for future improvement and glitch free operations.
